Tri-County Produce, Inc. works hard to serve our customers. There may be times when we need to change, update, or add to an existing policy therefore we reserve the right to change the rules, terms, and conditions of our Fresh Points Program without notice; this can include limiting, refusing, and/or revoking card holder privileges without notice. Please take the time understand the following details regarding our Fresh Points Program.

Fresh Points Program Customer Phone Number must be disclosed prior to a purchase for customer to earn Fresh Points.

On purchases for qualifying items*, customers receive 1% Fresh Points added into their Fresh Points Program account.

Fresh Points can be used for qualifying* purchases (after discounts & pre-tax).

Fresh Points expire after 365 days.

Only one Fresh Points Account per customer is allowed. If customer obtains or attempts to obtain more than one card, they will be subject to immediate loss of all Fresh Points and Tri-County Produce, Inc. discounts, and/or coupons.

Fresh Points earned by customers may be subject to tax liability including disclosure connected with the receipt or use of Fresh Points and are the sole responsibility of the participating customer.

Tri-County Produce has sole discretion to interpret and apply the Fresh Points Program rules, terms, and conditions.

Tri-County Produce may amend Fresh Points Program rules, terms, and conditions at any time without notice.

*Items that do not qualify may include Tri-County Produce Gift Cards, some Tri-County Produce online retail sales at TCPSB.COM, and may include other items.
